The cancellation within 30 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to the following charges:

• Between 30 days and 15 days before departure:           25% of total tour cost
• Between 14 days and 8 days before departure:             50 % of total tour cost
• Less than 7 days before departure or no show           100 % of total tour cost

Low season: May – Sep

The cancellation within 15 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to the following charges:

• Between 14 days and 8 days before departure:             50 % of total tour cost
• Between 7 days and 4 days before departure:           75 % of total tour cost
• Less than 3 days before departure or no show           100 % of total tour cost

• Ages 0-2: free of charge for tour. Airfares are subject to change based on the airline's policy at the time of booking
• Ages 2-5: 50% of adult price. Airfares are subject to change based on the airline's policy at the time of booking
• Ages 6-10: 85% of adult price & airfare fully charges.
• 11 years and older: 100% (charged as an adult).
